Instead, think about who you already know. Nurses and NPs in your cohort, clinical contacts from prior rotations, even your own primary care providers. Personal connections still convert better than any other channel.

Second, get your paperwork together before you find a match. Background check, immunization records, liability insurance, your school's affiliation agreement template. When a preceptor says yes, you don't want to lose two weeks to admin delays.
